Refund policy

Every Qualifier Collective item is custom-made to order — printed and produced specifically for you after your purchase. Because of this, our return and refund policy works a little differently than traditional retail. These policies are aligned with the terms of our print-on-demand production partner.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • The item not looking exactly as expected on screen (color may vary slightly due to screen settings and garment-dyeing processes)

Because each product is made specifically for your order, we cannot resell returned items. We strongly encourage you to review our Size & Fit Guide and the product measurements on each listing before placing your order.

What we will replace or refund

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right at no cost to you.

To file a claim:

  1. Contact us at marleen@qualifiercollective.com within 21 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue.
  3. We will submit a problem report to our fulfillment partner for review.

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional charge. There is no need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it. In some cases, we may approve a refund instead of a replacement (see "Refund Processing" below).

Wrong item received

If you received a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong size shipped, etc.), this is a fulfillment error.

  • Contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the item (including the printed design and size label).
  • Once confirmed, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If your package has not arrived within 21 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open an investigation with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, we are unable to cover the cost of a replacement. We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or other members of your household
  • Checking a safe-drop area around your address
  • Contacting your local post office and confirming the shipping address on your order confirmation

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Because every item is produced to order, we cannot swap one item for another. If you'd like a different size or product, a new order would need to be placed.

If your item arrived in a different size than what you ordered (for example, you ordered L and received M), this is treated as a wrong item received and we will replace it at no cost once verified.

Returned packages

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because the shipping address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • We will contact you to confirm an updated address before resending the order.

Please note that packages returned to the fulfillment center and unclaimed for more than 30 days after we contact you may be donated or disposed of, and the order may be cancelled without a refund.

Refund processing

In most cases of misprints or defects, we will send a replacement item. If a refund is approved instead of a replacement:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at marleen@qualifiercollective.com.

Sale items

Discounted items are final sale, except in cases of misprint, damage, or defect as outlined above.
