Shipping policy

Every Qualifier Collective order is custom-made — printed and produced just for you after your purchase. That means there's a short production window before your order ships, but it also means less waste and a product made specifically for you. These shipping practices are aligned with the terms of our print-on-demand production partner.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time

All orders require production time before they ship.

  • Most products are produced within a few business days after your order is placed.
  • During holidays or high-volume periods, production may take additional business days.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times below include both production and shipping and are calculated from the time you place your order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can be affected by carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside our control — especially during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping methods

  • All orders ship via standard shipping, with CO₂ offsetting included where available through our fulfillment partner.
  • The carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others) is selected by our fulfillment partner based on your location and the specific products in your order.
  • At this time we do not offer expedited or express shipping options.

Once we hand your order to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Please see our Refund Policy for how we handle lost or returned packages.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The products in your order
  • Your shipping address
  • The rates set by our fulfillment partner

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We currently offer free standard shipping on US orders over $85 (before taxes and after discounts).

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If your tracking number doesn't show updates right away, it can take 1–2 business days for tracking information to appear after the label is created.

Damaged or lost packages

If your item arrives damaged or your package appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us at marleen@qualifiercollective.com within 21 days of receiving your order.
  • For packages that seem lost (no tracking movement), contact us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue (for damaged items).

We'll open a claim with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier. If the issue qualifies under our policies, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, we unfortunately cannot cover the cost of a replacement. We recommend checking with neighbors or other household members, looking around your delivery area, and contacting your local post office, as well as confirming the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Incorrect address & returned packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect or incomplete address or an unclaimed delivery:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • We will contact you to confirm an updated address before resending the order.

Packages returned to the fulfillment center and unclaimed for more than 30 days after we contact you may be donated, recycled, or disposed of, and the order may be cancelled without a refund.
